Reservations are confirmed with a credit card on file. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit cards on file are charged for the full amount 1week before check-in. Hotel tax is 15%.
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel 2 weeks prior for full refund. Cancellation within 2 weeks of the reservation will be charged the full amount as well as receive a certificate for that amount for a future stay (exception Special Events). Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to the cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due on their reservation.

Reservations are different for stays for Special Events Reservations are confirmed with a credit card on file and a deposit equal to 50% of the entire stay is required upon booking. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit cards on file are charged the remaining balance on day of arrival.
Special Events, Games and Student Graduations
- Deposit may be refunded 1 month in advance of reservation $25 fee
- Deposit may also be forwarded to a future booking for no fee.
- After 1 month, no refunds will be given however you will receive a certificate for a future stay (exception future Games or Special Events)
POLICIES
- Hotel tax is 15%.
- All rates are based on double occupancy.
- We accept checks, cash, and credit cards.
- We can offer discounts for extended stays
- Well-behaved children with attentive parents are welcome.
- Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
- Smoking is limited to outside areas.
- Alcohol is allowed in moderation for enjoyment on the porches.

The Clary House is a lovely choice for a social gathering of up to 30 indoors and 50ish outdoors. Linda has years of experience and can help you decide if it is the best fit for your occasion. There is a catalogue of vintage tables and decor for outdoor party buffets.
