Welcome to
Wellspring at the Clary House
Southern hospitality has been a hallmark here since 1902. That legacy continues today and promises to make your visit memorable. This stately home reflects Victorian architecture and design. It sits proudly on a lovely half-acre shady, tree-lined street at 601 East 30th. With its charming wrap-around porch, eight gables and 36 windows, the house is both grand and inviting. Neighboring The Clary House are two prominent historic Bryan landmarks: Heritage Park, with its beloved gazebo and Cavitt House, the city’s oldest domicile.
Step inside The Clary House and discover the simple joys of days gone by. The antique furnishings, fireplaces and bright spacious rooms make the first floor the epitome of gracious hospitality.

“Wellspring “ is described in the dictionary as “a place of abundant supply”
The Round Top B&B was named Wellspring Retreat. It has seemed very natural to combine two amazing endeavors and going forward call it Wellspring at the Clary House.
